The powder room includes a dedicated pantry stocked with a variety of first aid items. It also features a spacious vanity and mirror, complete with drawers and baskets, to facilitate daily preparation.

Enjoy the convenience of a Main Floor Laundry, complete with a full washer and dryer. Abundant shelving is available, stocked with essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. The laundry area is conveniently connected to the main floor powder room.

Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided for the duration of your stay.

These two exceptionally comfortable swings offer a perfect view of the water. Positioned to blend seamlessly with the deck bar, you can simply grab a drink and gently sway. It’s an ideal nook for reading and unwinding. Delight in the tranquility!

Enjoy a drink from the bar and step out onto the spacious viewing deck, which offers ample comfortable seating. Additionally, there are several sun loungers and a sizable electric awning to provide shade. Be cautious not to extend the awning on extremely windy days or when leaving for the evening, and remember to retract it before retiring for the night.

Upon entering, the front closet is where we store all the sand toys for the children. Please rinse them and return them to the closet before departure. The lower-level bookshelf is stocked with a variety of games, including playing cards, Pictionary for both children and adults, Monopoly, Yahtzee, Play Nine, and the Doo Daddy dice game, which is great fun for large groups.

For adults who enjoy poker, we have a complete set with clay chips and cards, housed in a metal case in the main floor closet right by the entrance.

“Jenga Blocks,” stored in a case, and other outdoor games are also located in the main floor closet.

Outside, you’ll find the “Corn Hole” game and a hopscotch pattern on the walk-out deck, which is fun for adults as well!

The fire-pit area offers stunning views of the bay and ocean, complete with an abundance of Adirondack chairs, benches, and poker sticks for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. Ample wood and starters are provided behind the garage. Feel free to help yourself and relish in family stories and games.

Each level is equipped with a Smart TV: a 65-inch in the Loft Area, a 55-inch on the main floor, and a 43-inch on the lower level for kids.

Unlimited internet is available, and the Wi-Fi password will be provided on the welcome entry table upon your arrival.

The bar is fully equipped with ample storage for liquor and beer, a bar sink, refrigerator, a counter for mixing drinks, vintage bar tools, and an ice tub. It also boasts a diverse collection of glassware, including Margarita, Martini, Beer Stems, and a variety of small and large glasses for everyday use. Enjoy your time here!

Small Appliances include a blender, opener, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker that uses coffee grounds. You’ll find cooking essentials like oils, salt & pepper, and wine vinaigrette, among others.

Cottage Home PEI boasts an extensive selection of cookware. Some items available are a set of stainless-steel pots & pans, a wok, cast iron skillets, a panini grill, lobster pots, a baking mixer, cookie sheets, and a crockpot, to name a few.

The pantry is well-stocked for your convenience. Should you forget something, you’re likely to find it or a suitable substitute. It’s filled with a variety of spices, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, soup bouillons, rice, pancake mix, and more.

We encourage guests to ‘Tip the Pantry’ by adding something to enhance our collection. Your contributions are greatly appreciated by us and the families that follow.

The bottom shelf of the pantry is equipped with paper plates, napkins, and utensils for your use.

After your session, you can indulge in the deep soaking tub or venture outside to enjoy the six-person hot tub.

Create your own boutique-style pizza with our recipe book. For optimal results, use apple wood chips in the wood oven. We offer an assortment of pellets and chips. In Summerside, we suggest visiting the Waterfront Street Bakery for excellent pizza dough, freshly made every day. All pizza oven accessories are available on the property. Store the wood chips and pellets under the deck near the pizza oven.
